new: cipro-induced aphasia

I was just dx with Cipro-induced expressive aphasia. Apparently, I am patient zero…
no CVA,no TIA, no TBI…just a very bad med reaction.

I am a psychologist -my words are my work.
I’m told that as the med clears, this *should*
reverse. I’m 36 hours into this impatient waiting.
Any experience w/med-induced aphasia and recovery time? Gradual-immediate?
What can I do to speak more clearly- it’s moderate-severe, inconsistent, no pattern, and beyond frustrating. Thanks so much.
