I am prone to having severe migraines. They often start with numbness and tingling in the fingers of my right hand, or the right side of my head or face, and I often have vision impairment. What is concerning me is that I often become confused and am unable to express myself well - I forget words and say one thing when I mean another - for at least an hour after the onset. Is this aphasia? Should I be concerned?

I certainly cannot diagnose your problem. I strongly suggest that you see a neurologist regarding these symptoms.

Good luck
