Hello, Thank you to have answered me. I had forgotten to say that my father worked since the beginning of his stroke with a speech therapist. He it A sees 4 times per week. Its neurologist prescribed Aricept to him and it began this medication this morning. That can take up to 12 weeks before acting. Let us wish that that be able to help it. IT is clear that it continues with its speech therapist, because I believe that it is essential in its rehabilitation. This tiny progress its, but for 3 weeks (with its new speech therapist) I have seen more improvement (even if it is little). It has an excellent relation with her. Did you hear spoken about the good effects of Aricept in the aphasics post-stroke? What helps more for the apraxia? Thank you still for your answer, Sorry for english I’ m has french-canadian! Mylou
