help?

My husband had a stroke Jan.19, 2009. He has been very blessed. His main problem is expessive aphasia. I don’t even know where to start to get help for him. He can make some sentences. He seemed better a few days ago. We have speech therapy lined up for next week but do I need to get videos or other things to help? Is there a time line I need to be on? Am I pusing too soon? He is the pastor of our church and very computer oriented. He played the piano, too. He is struggling with all this. Would the piano be therapy for him? His stroke was due to high blood pressure. He is taking medicine now for this. I’m just not sure what to do?
